Sleep is very important.

Sleep is often thought to help conserve energy, but actually decreases metabolism only about 5–10%.

Sleep is accentuating the growth and rejuvenation of the immune, nervous, skeletal and muscular systems.

People take scant sleep, People can easily to get angry and tired.

I want to sleep.
